As this picture shows the building which is scaffolded took approximately 10 weeks to scaffold to carry out a survey and minor remedial works. The works took a further 4 weeks and the removal of the scaffold 3 weeks. At a total cost of £250,000.00.

The unscaffolded building was surveyed and remedial works carried out via abseil. This took a total of 5 weeks at a cost of £35,000.00.
